Coming 2027

Thindown Dimension

The next generationof continuous down technology.

Thindown engineered for footwear and glove applications where dexterity, low bulk, and high CLO are paramount.

What It Will Be

Zoned warmth. Same continuous technology.

Every Thindown product to date has been a uniform continuous sheet — the same weight and structure across the full panel. Dimension changes that. The three-dimensional architecture allows warmth to be engineered into specific zones of a garment or product at the material level, without seams, baffles, or added layers.

A jacket that's heavier across the torso and lighter through the arms. A sleeping bag with higher-performing insulation where body heat loss is greatest. A duvet with targeted warmth zones matched to how people sleep. These outcomes have historically required construction complexity. Dimension makes them a material specification.

We're accepting early development conversations now. If your brief involves zoned thermal performance and your timeline extends into 2027 or beyond, this is the conversation worth starting today.

Capabilities (2027)

What Dimension will make possible.

Thermal Zoning

Variable warmth across the panel surface — heavier where it's needed, lighter where it isn't. Specified at the material level, not the construction level.

3D Architecture

A three-dimensional structure replaces the flat sheet format. Engineered height variation across the panel creates targeted loft distribution.

Elimination of Layering

Products that currently require two or three insulation layers to achieve zoned warmth can be produced from a single Dimension panel.

Same Technology Advantages

No migration. No cold spots. Machine washable. Processes on existing cut-and-sew infrastructure. The Thindown technology — dimensionally extended.

Design Precision

Thermal mapping can be specified to match body heat modeling, activity data, or brand-specific warmth standards — not broad approximations.

Early Partnership Access

Development partnerships are open now for programs willing to co-develop specifications ahead of commercial availability.

Early Access

The brief that doesn't fit today's materials.

If you're designing a product that requires warmth to vary by zone — across a panel, across a garment, or across a product system — Dimension is worth a conversation before your development timeline sets. We're accepting early partnership discussions now.
