What It Is

Thindown Core takes the same down clusters that have insulated humans for centuries and binds them into a stable, uniform sheet. The result is a material that cuts, sews, and handles exactly like fabric — without chambers, baffles, or the construction complexity that loose fill demands.
The 30–150gsm weight range covers lightweight layers through bedding. A 30gsm panel delivers effective insulation in a glove liner or base layer. 150gsm produces a heavyweight duvet with the loft and warmth consumers associate with premium bedding. The same continuous-layer technology — scaled to your brief.
Both goose and duck down are available at the fill powers your program requires. Certification documentation is available for qualifying programs.
